All order statuses explained and how to track your shipment with GLS code
On TuaStampa.it you can check the status of your print order at any time, directly from your personal area. Simply log in from the menu at the top right of the website, then select the "Orders" section from the left sidebar menu. Here you will find the complete list of all your orders with their status updated in real time.
In the same section you can also check the payment status and, if you requested an electronic invoice, view it directly online.
Every online print order goes through several stages, from the moment it is placed until delivery. Knowing the meaning of each status allows you to monitor the progress of your order without having to contact support.
The order has been successfully received by our system. If the payment was successful via credit card or PayPal, you will see "Yes" in the payment column. If you chose bank transfer payment, the payment status will initially show "No": after we receive and verify the transfer, the status is updated to "Yes" and we proceed with processing your order.
After receiving payment, our team performs a quick check of the PDF files you submitted. In 95% of cases, the order is approved without issues and placed in the print queue. This check ensures your documents will be printed correctly.
In rare cases, an order may be not approved. This happens when:
In these cases, we will contact you via email, phone or WhatsApp to ask you to resend the correct files so we can proceed with printing your order.
If you decide not to proceed with printing, no problem: you can receive a full refund to your original payment method, or keep the amount as website credit to use on a future order.
Your order is being processed and printed. Processing times depend on the current order queue. During this phase, your documents are printed with the utmost care and quality.
The order has been printed and is ready for pickup by GLS courier. This status appears if you chose home delivery with express courier.
The order is ready and you can come to pick it up personally at our location in Rome. This status appears if you chose free in-store pickup during your order.
The GLS express courier has collected your order. At this point, a tracking code is added to your personal area, which you can use to track your shipment in real time until delivery to your home or office.
The order has been picked up personally at our location in Rome.
The order has been cancelled at the customer's request or due to inability to proceed with printing.
When your order status changes to "Shipped", in the Orders section of your personal area you will find the GLS tracking code. By clicking on the code you can follow the journey of your shipment in real time until delivery. With GLS express courier, delivery takes 24 hours in mainland Italy and 48 hours for the major islands (Sicily and Sardinia).
For orders over €49, shipping is completely free.
